I tried hibernating during February and March—too cold! Too much snow and ice. BRRR!
It didn't work. I'm thankful for the sunshine and finally for temps above freezing.
Welcome Spring! With little green shoots poking through the ground. And teeny, tiny, hippy-hoppy toads. Not to mention interviews with children's authors like this one from NewsBreak/KMOV news, now on YouTube: Turn the Page with Paige: The Adventures of Jumping Jack with Children's Author, Tara Pedroley.
Check out Tara's interview as she talks about her picture books featuring Jumping Jack's adventures.
Be sure to watch to the end, a nice surprise for me and for A HIPPY-HOPPY TOAD. 😊
The 'Jumping Jack' books were inspired by a young boy with autism, perfect for April which is Autism Month! It will be here before we know it, hopefully bringing warmer weather along with it.
